Few days before I received an RTO from Ecom Express, the package was ok, but the product inside was something different 😥 , when i closely check, they have clearly cut the edges and stole the product replaced it with some empty container and sealed the packet using the plastic cover electric sealer 🤬 🤬 .
But the thing is that there is no option in meesho to raise such a ticket (Wrong return in RTO), the only options available are,
1. I have received a wrong barcoded package in RTO
2. I have received an RTO in a non-barcoded package
does anyone have any idea on what to do? 😫 😪 😪 😪
