- However, as per my calculations and GSTR, overall business done during the period was Rs. 10,871,618.77

- As per ITR, business done is worth Rs. 9,907,956.95

- As per my Meesho dashboard and Account Statements, I have been paid Rs. 4,278,718

 

Now what has happened is that, the total business was worth Rs. 1.7Cr, out of this, 70L was returns shipping and 56L was forward shipping (This is as per the recon shared by Meesho through their dashboard)

 

Meesho paid my 42.78L but I should have been paid 1Cr. because Meesho does not charge the seller for shipping. There are only 2 shipping cases at Meesho - 

 

1. Listing shows free shipping and the selling price includes shipping, which is auto calculated by Meesho over and above the price listed by the seller

2. Listing shows selling price + shipping price, which is again, auto calculated by Meesho and added to the listing

 

In my case, for some reason, Meesho decided to levy shipping charge on my account 

 

The problem is that the volume of business was very high and we did not evaluate or cross verify the business and numbers till ~Oct 2024, Since then, we have raised this multiple times through Meesho, but have not received a proper response from them 

 

I am posting this here to see if there is anyone else who has faced a similar issue, or has any inputs on how to resolve this - Meesho is being of no help and we are evluating legal options now
