We are trying to figure out from experienced Amazon sellers about a common challenge: How do you ensure Amazon has paid you everything you are entitled to receive, and identify discrepancies before it is too late to act?
We are interested in sellers practical processes, tools and SOPs.

1. Payment & Accounting Reconciliation
• How do you reconcile Amazon reports and settlements with Tally or other accounting software?
• How do you identify and explain differences between expected and actual payments?
2. Fees, Adjustments & Reimbursements
• How do you detect incorrect fees, charges, product classifications, weight/dimension calculations or taxes?
• How do you identify missing or insufficient reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory, refunds without returns and other adjustments?
• How do you track claims, deadlines and escalations so you don't miss recoveries?
3. Inventory Transfers & GST Compliance
• How do you track inventory transfers between Amazon fulfilment centers (FCs), both within and across states?
• Some sellers have discussed receiving late or no notifications about FC transfers. How do you obtain the movement details and required GST documents, wherever applicable, and keep your records compliant?
4. Tools & Resources
• What software or processes do you use?
• Can you recommend any useful YouTube videos, articles, websites or reconciliation guides?
